Social media audit.

Most large companies don’t regularly audit social media accounts associated with their brand. New accounts can pop up for a multitude of reasons: they are auto-generated by Facebook or Google, someone starts them without permission, or a bad actor is trying to harm your brand. In your channel audit, I will search and scour the internet for all social media accounts associated with your company and provide a comprehensive list. This can be the first step in getting your digital footprint under control.

Channel review.

If you really want to understand how you’re doing, let’s do a channel review. We’ll look at what you’re posting and how your content is doing. We’ll look at the design of your channels and make sure they follow your brand guidelines consistently. I’ll provide recommendations for improvement and an analysis of what I see. If you wish to grant me access to the paid side of your house, I can review paid activity as well.

Channel clean-up.

If you are overwhelmed by the number of channels out there or your audit turns up dozens of channels that were previously unknown, let me help you do the cleanup work. I’m an expert at submitting trademark disputes, takedown requests and making ownership claims with all the major platforms. Full transparency: requests are not always honored, so we may not be 100% successful. But I will do all that I can to help you clean up your online presence as much as possible.
